  : The morning desk clerk Keron was highly professional and cordial; as were the maid staff. They were the only redeeming factors about the Quality Inn and Suites Orchard Park/Haywood.
  : When I arrived to check in at Quality Inn and Suites; the night front desk clerk told me that I had reserved two (2) rooms instead of one (1). I showed her on my Booking.com confirmation email that I only had booked one (1) room and that I only had confirmation for one (1) room. She at first DEMANDED that I had to pay for two (2) rooms. When I refused to pay for two (2) said she was going to charge me the price of the extra room as a cancelation fee unless I was able to get Booking.com to cancel the room for me. I made several attempts to contact Booking.com via the customer service link...to no avai. The clerk only relented after I threatened to leave and not pay for any for any rooms at all (which made her attitude even worse. While I attempted to contact Booking.com, there were two other customers WITH BOOKING.COM RESERVATIONS that the clerk was really, really rude to and very unprofessional in her demeanor and attitude to the point of NOT ALLOWING TWO (2) BOOKING.COM customers. Despite its few redeeming qualities; the Quality Inn and Suites negatives far outweigh its positives. In all honesty; I believe Booking.com should remove the Quality Inn and Suites from its listings.
