  : The staff was friendly from the minute we walked in the door.The lady that checked us in was cheerful and upbeat. Beautiful Smile.It really lifted us up after driving 7 hours.As I am sick and long hours of riding are hard on me...this was such a great difference than going in usually to other Hotels (even much higher priced ones) where the staff have stoned cold faces, are usually rude and seems like it is a burden for them to be there.I don't know the ladies name but she checked us in at 10+ish PM on April 20, 2024 in Greenville, Alabama. She is a gem.There was a guy there. He must have been training or for shift change. He smiles and said hello but the lady did all the checking in.I don't remember reserving a Handicapped Room but she could see my physical struggles and that is what we got. Bless Her.I usually book just a regular room as they are most plentiful but it was truly nice to be able to have a great shower and other amenities.
  : The breakfast was cold.Not the cooks fault. The warmer had stopped working and so the eggs and sausage were cold. We put ours in the Microwave where others just threw their's away. This is when the lady realized something was wrong and checked the warmer. She tried everything but it wouldn't work.Needed some type of bread other than just sweet muffins.Biscuits and Gravy would have been good.Instant or Regular Grits would have been nice as well since not all of us like cereal or oatmeal. I know the breakfast is free but at least make it eatable. Add $5 to the cost of each room to cover it.You would still be the most reasonable cost effective in the area.This is my only complaint. But We need a decent breakfast to be able to take my medications each morning. We are old and since we don't eat alot we make Breakfast a start for our day.Thank you for listening to my rambling.

  : I LOVED that they updated the rooms and removed the carpet!!! It's so much cleaner feeling with the hard flooring. They are renovating currently (Spring 2024) so there is a bunch of junk and old furniture sitting around but I'm sure that'll be cleaned up soon. The staff was all super nice and accommodating, switching us to a non-smoking room upon my request. The breakfast was hot and fed the family. There's also a Mexican restaurant right next to the hotel and it was great too.

  : Did not like that they called me the next day when I was on the road accusing me of taking two of their pillows. There was only two pillows on the king size bed!
