  : Location next to Woodland Mall and many restaurant options were the best part of the stay. Woodland Mall is walking distance from the hotel and might be one of the last malls that is actually doing well - well maintained and no empty stores. The hotel has an indoor pool that was open with plenty of space to hang out. The cleaning crew was pleasant. Beds were fine and air conditioning in room worked well. Booking.com customer service came through!
  : Paid extra to reserve a two-queen suite with sofa sleeper and kitchenette. When we checked in, they did not mention it was unavailable and just gave us a key to a standard two-queen room. Went back down and they said those rooms are booked and they don't make room guarantees for third party companies. They showed me a room overlooking the indoor pool but it was identical to the room we were already in so we opted to stay in the first room. Luckily, Booking.com customer service took care of us by giving us a partial refund/credit.It's an older, rebranded hotel so some of the features were not working - pool slide was not functional and at least one of the two elevators were down any given day (different sides of hotel). The air conditioning in the hallways and common areas was not on or broken the first day of our stay. Some of the furniture was worn and the parking lot needs to be resurfaced.No free breakfast. No microwave in standard rooms. Bathroom doors are barn doors that don't lock. Not a lot of space in the lobby area to hang out if you have a group of people.

  : The room was nice, clean, spacious. Some of the furniture was a little tattered and worn out. Over all pretty nice.
  : The hot tub and water slide were both out of order. Couldn’t really use the pool either because there were parties in the pool area the whole weekend. For the price I would have expected the hot tub to be open and for a breakfast included.

  : One of the things we liked about the property was that is was located close to everything!
  : The bar and restaurant weren’t open and the pool closed at 10 as well as the hot tub not working!

  : That the water slide was permanently closed and hot tub was barricaded off. They had trouble finding the reservation through Booking.com.
