  : Room could have been a little bit bigger, but had everything that we needed. Breakfast was alright. Hospitality people could have been more professional and friendly. Should smile and welcome you. Explain where things are.

  : The rooms were clean.
  : The staff don't seem to care about or like their jobs. They're only there to get paid. I had to request SEVEN new sets of keys because my door would only open once per key and they're only answer was the doors reset them sometimes. The breakfast was hands down the worst I've ever had anywhere and I've traveled half the country working.

  : Room had a bad smell noticed when you first enter, eventually we got used to it and didn’t bother much.

  : Could not get a shuttle from airport.Could not use elevator to go from first floor up because of flooding.Water valves on sink were about worn out.

  : The breakfast was decent. My wife is gluten free, so the oatmeal was much appreciated. Would have liked some bacon on some mornings instead of sausage every day. The pool and hot tub were very good, just the right temperatures.
  : The morning desk clerk was not very accommodating and kind of grumpy. One of the reasons we were in town was a memorial service, and we needed to meet with a financial adviser. We asked if there was a meeting room and he said no. He said we could meet in the business center, but there were only two chairs. We asked if there was another chair we could use, and he said no. The breakfast room was full of chairs, he could have offered to let use use one of them, or let us meet in that room at a table. The evening clerks were very friendly. We were there for 5 days, and we never had any maid service. The sign in our room and in the elevators said room service would be provided every three days.

  : The only real positive was this hotel's proximity to the airport and the pool was well heated.
  : This hotel was surprisingly dirty; the floors in the hallways/stairwells were filthy, and we found garbage behind the curtains in our room. The sheets felt sandy like they hadn't been cleaned. There was a group of people outside the hotel (non guests) who were drinking and smoking (glass beer bottles were knocked over/broken) at the front door upon our arrival. The door to our room was unlocked and ajar once we got upstairs; the door to the bathroom was falling off the hinges. It was very easy to hear other guests walking and talking in the hallways during the night. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families; spend a little more for the nicer hotel across the street.
