  : I didn't like that I was charged $151 before I arrived. I was told it was a hold because the hotel was 80% at capacity. I was then charged the amount of the stay . Then the following day another hold of $50 for incidental .

  : Guests tracked water on the floor after using the swimming pool. That made the entry floors all the way to the elevator hazardous.

  : The rooms were wrong. I booked rooms with 2 beds & my family had to sleep on fold out couches instead. The breakfast was crap, barely any, and the room was hot as hell!

  : Basic hotel suite, room was LARGE with two queens and a pullout. Nice to have the space. Clean room, clean bath, etc. Pillows on bed intentionally had a nice mix of firm vs. soft pillows. Property was also clean and well kept.
  : We had to ask for bedding for our pullout (which we received just fine), but they were out of extra pillows. Not a huge issue, there are four pillows on each bed already so it was easy to share. Our 7-year old was happy enough sleeping on the pullout but it was spring-worn and an older child or adult would not have enjoyed that night’s sleep. Workout facilities were not good, one treadmill, one elliptical, one adjustable free weight bench, HARD floor in workout area and dumbbells missing important sizes (no 20#, 25#, 30#, and for some reason only one 35# dumbbell).

  : apparently when we checked in hey did not check us in correctly. they check our room into a family after us and that family walked in while my 11 year old child was changing she was so embarressed. The front desk afternoon person apoligized but the manager never came to speak with us

  : The location was great and the staff was very friendly as always. They are always helpful and polite.
  : We were very disappointed. We have stayed at this hotel almost yearly since 2019 after they opened. We have to come to town for a unexpected funeral. Welooked forward to staying here as we have in th past. We have always loved our stays here, however this visit was not good. The room was clean. However it smelled horrible. The room smelled like smoke. The hallways and entry ways were very dirty. The hotel was not up to par and looked like the housekeeping had gone down hill. We were very upset this year about our stay and do not plan to book again. We loved this comfort inn prior due to the staff, cleaniness, and location to the airport and our family.
