  : hot shower and location
  : room very small, boxy whole set up very bare bones. beds (i had to try both) were very poor and my back paid for it the next day.we cut our stay short and no one even asked why. It was the comfort and at an exhorbitant price we thought it worth it to drive home and forfeit the money aolthough we did hope for a partial refund. Staff was busy transitioning to house winter workers and it was obvious we were not prioritywould not recommend.

  : The location was excellent. We could walk everywhere. We loved the 2 separate bedrooms since one of us wanted to go to bed earlier.
  : No breakfast included but loved getting coffee and breakfast at the Hub which was very close.

  : Strange. They sent us a door code. Never saw a host or staff. Small room. It was clean. Felt being in the 1950s.

  : It is very relaxing and quiet. The location is great, it is very walkable to everything in Grand Lake and yet away from any hustle and bussell as they say.

  : I was a great location.
  : Our room was not ready even though the place was almost empty of other guests. We could hear our neighbors late into the first night. We were put on the second floor because our room was not ready. The steps were very steep and narrow. As we are both 70 and it was dangerous. No personal contact from start to finish. We were hot. We could not keep the window open because it would be too easy from someone to get in. The bed was very hard.
