  : The location of this property is excellent, in a quiet, peaceful residential area very close to Grand Lake. The house is quite well sized, and well equipped. It was very clean and easy to get the keys etc. Not really much else to say except it made for a really nice family vacation home and I would stay there again for sure.
  : The downstairs bedroom got quite a bit colder than the rest of the house. Also, the driveway got really boggy so was only really suitable to park one car, which wouldn't have been a problem except for the alternative parking space round the back was piled up with snow so was unusable. In fairness this probably wouldn't have been a problem outside of 'mud season'. Also a couple of minor issues where the shower heads didn't work properly although these would probably be replaced imminently.
