  : Room was big, clean and had everything we need.
  : We were in a separate condo which was bit further from the main hotel. So for breakfast and pool we would have needed the car. Not much of a problem, as we were just stopping there to sleep one night, but you should consider that if you want to spend more time there - better get one of the rooms in the main hotel

  : Great location, close to the Grand Canyon. Spa area was nice, albeit small. Kitchen was fully equipped.
  : Very uncomfortable mattress. The staff wasn't very helpful and the mattress could not be changed during our stay. The plug of the sink was broken, so we had to remove it to drain water. The fridge comes with a water filter which was in status "replace water filter". Cleanliness was ok, but we did have to re-clean some dishware. The apartment layout is not that great with little storage room and a small bathroom. No phone in the room and the phone in the hallway was broken, so we had to drive (!) to the reception to report any issues. It's a 5-min drive to get to the reception/spa area, which we had to do several times during our stay because of the encountered issues. This became quite annoying. Additionally, valuables can only be stored at the reception (no safe in room) and only smaller ones could be stored there (height of about 3-4 tablets). We could not store our camera (and always had to drive to get our valuables....). Overall, this accommodation did not meet our expectations.

  : The studio apartments are not connected to main hotel and require a walk thru the woods down a dark path or a 2 - 3 min drive. I did not have a car and had quite a bit of luggage. The manager offered to drive me over to the apt complex. So nice!
  : The decor and fixtures are a bit outdated in the studio apartments. Apt has carpet and some funky tile in entry way and kitchenette. The balcony is so small you can barely sit in a chair.

  : Not much.
  : Heater blew cold air all night. Toilet was blocked upon arrival. Water was almost non existent from the bathroom tap. Towel rod broke removing a towel. Facilities need a lot of love and to have paid $325+ for 1 night was super disappointing. Would not recommend.

  : We have to wait till 4 pm and the night tables were dirty of time without cleaning. No one were there before us. No soap in the bathroom. The house keeper dont walk the appartments.
  : Not clean. The same problem that we have in the same appartment years before.

  : The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome
  : A couple of things I wanted to mention is the room had no couch or lounge chair to sit, only the kitchen table chairs. The mattress was very uncomfortable, hurt our backs and impacted our sleep

  : As expected, a simple, clean studio apartment with a small balcony/terrace.
  : Kitchen is small- cooking limited to a microwave. Still, reasonable for breakfast and staging trips to the national park.
