  : My daughter had over 20 bites all over her hands, arms, neck, feet and legs just hours after staying here. This was the only one place we stayed on our trip. She was the only one of us who got bites all over but it definitely concerned me for bugs, praying we didnt bring any with us. UPDATE: I am now covered in bug bites, apparently they dont show up at the same time for everyone. I believe the room we stayed in has bed bugs! Im contacting hotel directly about this.Also, the carpet had a sticky blue syrup substance on the floor in a pile that should not have been left there after cleaned. There were some carpet stains and signs of an old building. I thought it was strange when i approached the hotel that i had to use a phone on the wall to get someone to open the door and let me come in to check in. Lots of smells of smoke when i entered the entrance at the end of the building.

  : Cancel the day of arrival, upon arrival there was a sign saying that the pool area was closed. I booked this hotel for one night for my granddaughter birthday she had 2 friends that wanted to swim and do a sleepover the pool was closed
  : I received no notification that the pool area would be closed on this day. I feel like I should get my money back I did not stay at this hotel for the night. I’m very disappointed with booking.com I canceled upon arrival if I knew ahead of time I would have canceled before driving to the hotel. Also have a picture of the sign saying that the pool was closed for maintenance she said pipes were broken. It was my granddaughter 15 birthday and she wanted to take 2 friends and swim and do a sleepover it was a very stressful situation and my granddaughter was very upset
