  : 1. This is a great place to stay, especially for families because it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. 2. The location is walking distance to plenty of restaurants, and a short drive to the Americana and other Los Angeles attractions. 3. A parking space is also included, so if your party came in one car, you don’t have to worry about searching for parking.
  : 1. This property has two balconies, both of which have padlocks on them to prohibit guest access. I found it very tacky, and it made me feel like I was on house arrest or in trouble.2. This property can be very noisy at night or very quiet; It all depends on the neighbors. The upstairs neighbor works out in his unit. Late at night, he was lifting heavy weights and dropping them on the floor repeatedly with zero consideration of anyone else. Another (if not the same) neighbor, smokes weed and every now and again, the smell will travel through the bathroom vent. Its not overpowering but it is noticeable. There is also a man who lives in the adjacent building who has a Lamborghini. Around 2-3am he likes to rev his engine and race laps around the block. 3. If your party has more than one vehicle, parking for your second vehicle will be difficult. All nearby street parking is limited to 2 hours, and the meters only take coins, not cards. However, there are some paid lots nearby. 4. Make sure your check in time is flexible. Check in starts at 4pm, and I informed property management that I would be arriving at 4pm. I had a meeting at 5 so it was important that my check in was timely. I received a text the day of check in, informing me that I couldn’t be accommodated until 5pm. I couldn’t reschedule my meeting with such short notice so I ended up missing it. So just make sure you don’t have anything important to do close to check in because there is no self check-in.
