  : My brother and i with our wives arrived via motorcycles and needed to charge our smartphones to transfer money from one account to another using a banking app. Mind you, we were not disturbing anyone in anyway. However the HEAD HOTEL MANAGER LADY, comes in and demands we leave the property and threatens us with the authorities and jail, while insulting us basically calling us vagabonds, hobos, that are camping out in her lobby! We have a reservation and the otlher associate already pulled it up we where just waiting for my iphone to charge up enough to get the funds transferred. I couldn't believe it. Then as I'm calmly speak to this rude ass women drunk with power as she exercises her right to refuse service because she could not explain the reason for her actions and i do believe she was being racist even as she claims to have an African American daughter (which is very unlikely). She at first tries to add on every fee and deposit and excuse to not let me check in and is frustrated that i had the credit card l me know if you need anything and money, i d.s ect til she cancelled my reservation because she got a "bad vibe" she said. She gave me a number to her boss Michelle Mitchell supposedly the but i haven't had the time to report her. So we ended up further down bell road at another comfort inn that was more than excellent.

  : Breakfast was fine. Location was very good. Okay plce to stay but not for romance.
  : Fix bathroom door. Add mat for slippery tub.

  : Room was small but comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable. Had a minor room maintenance issue with toilet continuously running. It was handled quickly.
  : Nothing to really dislike. Minor issue was no overhead light thus no switch by the door. Had to stumble around a bit to turn on bathroom light to see.

  : Only the location.
  : 1st room we rejected because carpet was still wet and it smelled like wet dog. 2nd room we realized after we accepted that the ac did not properly work. We bought 2 fans from Walmart for air. Also beds and pillows not comfortable. Last thing I dropped something and looked underneath bed and you can see they do not vacuum or check for trash underneath bed.
