  : The rooms didn't have air conditioning. It got pretty hot in the summer at night. Opening the windows helped with ventilation significantly . Something to be mindful about since I didn't notice this before booking.

  : Gorgeous setting and we loved the hydro spa.
  : Many staff members were not helpful at all and in fact the bartender was quite rude to almost everyone at the bar the night we were there. We are used to getting great service as we are always very nice and positive. The exception was that the bellmen were very helpful.

  : Beds & pillows were not acceptable for $1000.00 per night! The $20.00 for a one hour late check out was ludicrous for what I paid for one night!

  : The Sakura restaurant served very good food. The bed was comfortable.
  : We arrive on a day when some of the hotel restaurants were not open. It was raining and the tram was closed. The price to ride the tram, especially when going to eat at the restaurants up top was way too much. The rooms could be updated. Very little communication from registration staff on what was available at the hotel. Overall, the cost of the room was overpriced.

  : The bed and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is in super good shape. The hotel is very nice all around.
  : I was hoping to get some rest and relax at this very nice hotel, however, the room is full of gadgets with tons of lights that make it super uncomfortable to sleep. It's almost like sleeping with a night light on. The thermostat is ridiculous, lights up all the room. The alarm clock is bright blue, and the TV even while it's off has an annoying light.Also, I was really unlucky, I was on the 7th floor in a room facing the parking lot and could not believe the amount of noise that came into the room. It seemed super weird given how far up we where. I was woken up by a tour bus idling in the main entrance at 5:30AM that literally felt like it was inside the room. At that point I realized the window wasn't properly closed, although it seemed like it was. I just wasn't properly locked. Again, a simple checklist for housekeeping could solve this. Small details that could make this a super relaxing stay.
