  : Once we found lockboxes, key access was difficult until the 5th try; room wasnt cleaned after last guests: trash was full, floors not swept of dirt and hair, bed had dark hairs on pillows and covering sheets - Vacasa responded well w/excellent Customer Svc; sent someone with new bed linens in 2 hrs

  : The building inside is very old, outside and inside smells awful. The room feels dirty, dusty. No space to put anything in the drawers. The bathroom, comforters, chairs.. everything feels old.
