  : Early access to the property was awesome ! Great location to town.
  : There was cobwebs in the light fixtures, the shower leaked onto the floor, the washer also leaked onto the floor, the ceiling fans in both bedrooms need to be replaced, because the fan blades are wore out and hanging down to the point I was worried to turn them on. (I’m an electrical contractor) With all that said, we loved the location and this property hasn’t been kept up like it should.

  : The location was great. We were able to walk to most of our activities.
  : There was one elevator for the complex and it could take a while for it to arrive. We were able to take the stairs to exit the building but unfortunately there was no key code entry for the stairs to enter the building requiring us to wait for the elevator.

  : Me11:53 AMAbout 11:30 A.M EST this morning, someone entered our condo. I had just le� the condo for some coffee and my wife was in the shower. She heard the door open and close. She called out my name four �mes, (Richard) She thought since no one answered it was next door. Shortly a�er that, there was a man standing face to face to her. He was in a dark uniform. She began saying "Hey, Hey, Hey when she saw him. He said "I am pest control". She yelled "No, No". She could not even get to her towel because he was standing right in front of it. He said "Oh no, I'm pest control and I am leaving now. I do not understand why he walked in the condo living area and thru the bedroom to the bathroom and stood by the shower. and the whole �me yelling "Hey, Hey, Hey with no acknowledgement from him.Hello, and thank you for contcating Vacasa. Please hold as I look into that for you.Thank you for holding, Have you raised any issues regarding any pests in the home since your check-in?No. Have notThank you for confirming, did your wife get his name or description of what he looks like?Light skin. Dark hair. Navy blue or black shirt and slacks. Thank you, Richard, Is your wife okay?Physically yes. A little shocked and embarrassed.
