  : Broken TV controller, unsecured toilet, beeping smoke detector, shower head squirted out the side where it connects…and not very clean. Chair in room was stained beyond belief…I would not sit in it…

  : I didn’t like anything about the place because they canceled my staying without notify me.
  : The person who was working on the third shift, per the morning receptionist, told me he or she cancel my stay for no reason and the worst part I was never notified.

  : The front desk rep after I made a reservation to pay at the property, ran my cash card and while he told me it didn’t go through it in fact did. I proceeded to give him another card card, which had a fraud alert on it that I was unaware of because I had visited another state and had charges in another state. The fact that he ran two different cards without approval, he asked me to leave the property and said he could not give me the room. He was extremely rude. He told me to go. I’ve never been so insulted in my life. this man was so far from having Customer Service experience, it was very sad. I’ve had to work with Booking.com and Cash App to get this refunded as he took no responsibility.

  : The staff here is very accommodating, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at with a score of only a 5! I have stayed at hotels with a seven that werent this nice, For the price and the rating.
