  : I liked the view. The houses furnishing are fine. The bunk beds make a noise whenever a person moves. Kitchen is clean. This house has quite a few resident spiders. But didnt bother us.
  : The description of this property said we could access the beach from our back path off the deck. It is overgrown with thorn bushes. And straight down a cliff. Additionally it appears your right off the water. Your not. Its on a hill and other houses are below it. First day I emailed host about check out time. Received a quick response. Emailed a second time stating the TV and internet did not function at all. Received no reply. I am not hugely upset but it would have been nice to access what was stated as standard. The bathroom is barely passable. Its toilet is in working order. The shower is not something I looked forward too. Its a part of a tub on top of old tub. The window frame is in your shower and the antiquated shower fixture is not something I want to use often. The water does get hot and you definitely get wet. Towels are nice. Washcloths are sandpaper. Toilet paper is see thru. And paper towels in kitchen area are not quality. I understand them wanting to cut costs. But seems with a large cleaning deposit one should get decent paper products. This house leans, toward the ocean. There is a subfloor but it too leans. We enjoyed our time at the sea. This house has too many deceptive descriptions in its add. I felt duped by the misleading photos. Live and learn.

  : Check out time of 10:00 a.m. is quite early, Would expect it to be at least 11:00 a.m. That 1 hour really makes a difference.

  : The view was exceptional. Great deck. Great location. With in walking distance of the pier and grocery store. Close to the pier to crab and go clamming. Liked the dinning room to sit as well as the living room.
  : It could have been cleaner. Lots of dirty dishes in the cupboards, hair in bathroom, ants in bathroom, part of granola bar in 2nd bedroom window and earring in the other. Food splatter on side of fridge. Stove top was a pain to use if you were not using a heavy pan. The inside of the burner had to be pushed down to make it work.The back sliding door sinks and hangs up.The difference in the laminate flooring between the kitchen and the rest of the house. Kept stubbing toe on it.

  : Loved this location! I didn't know the Candy Cane Train would be passing right beyond the back deck. This was a huge delight for all of us, especially my granddaughter. The bay view was fantastic and we could really enjoy our time there.
  : I think the beds were adequate, but may be useful to bring a few extra blankets. Everything else was great. The house, although smaller was very comfortable for each of us. The road nearby was close, but it wasn't distracting.
