  : The fact they have an ice machine was helpful for filling our small hand cooler as we were headed to the beach. The condo itself was cozy and has beautiful views from both sides of the building. Beds & pillows in the 2 main rooms are comfortable.
  : We noticed groups on the beach who had rented chairs and umbrellas. I wish someone would've told us how to get beach rentals. I'm used to having groceries delivered. I was not able to do so, delivery is unavailable to this area, and no restaurants would deliver. The location is bitter/sweet... it's nice to not be right in the middle of everything, but anytime we needed ro go to the store or venture out to find something to eat we knew we would not be back for at least 1-2 hours. Grocery stores and restaurants are not close. If you make sure you have everything you need to stay in one place for a few days... this is a great rental. For our family trip, overall I would stay here again for a lower rate. The rate was too high for our overall stay.

  : Our room was just eh, the floor was dirty, hadn't been cleaned and the sheets and pillows require updating.

  : Location, Beach access, the Islander East facility is very nice and well-maintained.
  : the condo itself. #212. The bed was very hard and too high. My husband is 6 ft tall and even he complained about the height of the bed. It was usually high. The sofa looked nice as it had a new slipcover but it was worn out. After 2 nights I could not see how I could stay for the remaining 5 nights we had booked. I asked the front desk if they had a solution. because we had booked through the weekend they were very limited and only had 2 condos available. We had to upgrade to a 2 bedroom which was not needed but It had a comfortable bed and sofa. The upgrade cost was an additional $400. I also had to pay a $100 cleaning fee for each condo. I feel like the host should be responsible for the cleaning fee for the unacceptable condo. The second condo#409 was very nice and comfortable. Well appointed with every little thing you might need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
