  : I got there the place was trashed from I'm guessing the last ppl. House keeper quit that day.. obviously over the nasty things she had to clean.. the owner yelled at me for the house keeper quiting... literally my 5, 6, 7 year Olds ran to the porch because they had to pee... the house keeper slung open the door yelled check ins at 4pm and slammed it shut.. the only thing I could say was I emailed for am earlier check in we left to gas station for the restroom.. after this and after me trying for hours to reach someone and yelling and accusing me he then said I could open the door did I want him to give me the code. I then said no your place is trash accused I just wanted my 1500 back... I didn't get it bCk for days and has to find a hotel in an overbooked area.. my suggestion let your wife talk she has customer service.. not everyone is trash that rents house in Galveston... my real house that's paid for is a hundred times nicer... I will never rent through yall again... becareful who you treat like trash...
