  : How close to the beach it was, it was very cozy a good little place for a few days.
  : The key pad didn’t work. A guest saw us and came and told us how to get into our Airbnb. Luckily she was there otherwise I’m not to sure what we would have done.

  : The location was great.
  : Emails weren’t sent in a timely manner and when they did come, they were from several different people giving wrong and different instructions for check in. There were several guests we encountered that were “out of luck” because they double and triple booked the rooms. The rooms were pretty sad. Old linens on the bed and zero linens for the pullout couch. No bar of soap and only two towels. It was half the price as other places in Galveston....you just may not get a room or even be able to get ahold of someone to issue a refund. It’s definitely not fancy and is way more rundown that the pictures depict.

  : No communication! Site mentioned parking passes. No passes. AC made such a racket it was nearly impossible to sleep. No responses to questions from management. Asked about wifi password. No answer. Asked about clean towels. No answer.

  : The water was either hot or cold. The internet password didnt work. The toilet only flush once then you had to wait for 30min till it filled back up. I paid 75 dollars for cleaning fees but still asked to clean the dishes and take thw trash out. When i emailed to ask for the password for internet to watch the tv i was told to read email credentials and still didnt work.
