  : Bad management....not clean....bugs in the bed and all over the place.....tried to voice concerns with management the first 10 mins i arrived did not receive a from management til the next day

  : The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was outstanding. Also, the ocean can be seen from the porch.
  : It took one hour to retrieve keys for entry.There was no cold water in the kitchen or bathroom basin.The toilet was broken and we had to fix it when we arrived.There was nothing to wash dishes with.Only two towels were provided.There was trash left over from previous tenants.The WiFi password was never provided despite several attempts.The grounds of the facility looked like homeless people lived there.There was literally one spoon.You could not have the coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator plugged in at the same time because there weren’t enough outlets.We had a roach right before we left.So far there has been no offer to remedy any of this. The plumber was sent out but we weren’t there so he couldn’t get in.This was really a terrible experience.

  : Don't expect the Hilton. This is an old buiand they have made a lot of upgrades. For the money it is a good place.

  : I like that is so close to the beach.
  : I didn’t like that there were roaches, and no one to take the trash out next to the rooms outside. Also when we pulled out the sofa bed, it was broken and sheets were nasty. Then the parking was a mess the numbers are not clear they are fading. The sheets were brown instead of white. This would be a great little place if someone would take care of it.

  : Communication with Nicholas was good. A/C was turned on for arrival and worked great. Bed was comfy. Good towels. Dorm size fridge/freezer was adequate for what we needed
  : The door locking system code on the cottage door for locking/unlocking did not work. No shower mat/rug for use when stepping out of shower onto tile floor.There seems to be no cold water. Make sure you like a HOT shower - it was almost scalding.Had to battle roaches - be sure you keep suitcases closed! No coffee cups in room; only two pans available for cooking.

  : When I arrived I immediately noticed that I wasn't in the "cottage" I paid for, the "cottage i was in was not the one in the picture. I was in a roach infested room 2 doors down. The pull out couch didn't pull out even though the the manager Amy said she told Brandon (The host) about the couch a month ago, so all 3 of my kids (3yo, 4yo and 12yo) had to sleep on a love seat together. There were no instructions on how to use the lock box so we didn't have a key, every time we left we had to shake out our clothes to make sure there were no roaches in our luggage, then repack all of our things and bring them with us because we couldn't lock the door. The host was impossible to reach until I threatened to damage his property, then all of a sudden he answered the phone. He told me I was lying and his manager moved me to the right room but that never happened, Amy can vouch for that. He laughed at me while I was crying. I spent more time trying to contact him for a solution than we spent at the beach. It took 3 days to reach him, my children had to live with his roaches for THREE DAYS!!! His phone number is not listed on any booking site the number provided on booking.com is an emergency number who also couldn't reach the host Brandon and the number on airbnb was a Google (fake) number, he doesn't want to be reached because he knows it will be a complaint. Brandon was mean and very unprofessional, he even yelled at me like I did something wrong. Because of him and booking.com, who also would not help me and couldn't reach brandon we had the worst vacation ever!!! They ruined me and my sons birthday and I can't even get a refund even though I WASN'T IN THE ROOM I PAID FOR!!! I know hate is a strong word but Brandon, I hate you and hope you burn in hell and take that roach motel with you!!!
