Coastal Cottage 1 Across Street from Beach

  : Solid place to spend the week. Clean when we walked in, everything was there as advertised. Only complaints were that they only provide 4 towels, and 3 rolls of toilet paper. There was also a gap underneath the door which I had to use a towel to cover up. For 2 people this property is perfect, but would be a little cramped for anymore than that.

  : So I loved how close I was to the beach. Literally just a short walk across the street which is why I booked this location. Cute room perfect for a couple. Not too big but has all the necessities. Loved the little gold away table that included chairs. Had a pull out couch but bring extra blankets because it isn’t super comfy. Nice sized tv with Netflix & Amazon prime. Main bed is comfy so I slept well. Overall I really enjoyed the room and it’s closeness to the beach. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance.
  : ZERO COMMUNICATION!!! I left multiple emails, calls, & texts! The days leading up to and the day of I was calling basically every hour with no response. Turns out they don’t send you the email about getting your keys until 4pm when you check in so no early check ins. That’s fine with me but say that!! You get an email a day or 2 prior to dates booked saying you should’ve received a separate email about how to get your keys and then nothing else. I was freaking out because I had to drive 4 hours to get there and hadn’t heard from anyone. I called the hep number from booking and was told I should get email 4 hours prior to check in and that was false lol. If you are going to provide and email and phone number be considerate and answer the damn messages!

  : The beach was across the street but anywhere you stay along the seawall has the same access to the beach
  : I never received an email with directions on how to access the room, I had to email and call to find out. The place has roaches and homeless drunks hanging out right outside the property. I was even scared to come back late in fear of something happening to me. There was 2 of us and they only provided one bath towel and one face towel per person for a 4 day 3 night stay. I contacted the manager and she said she would send towels the next day but never did and the white comforter had very questionable stains on it. I talked to two other people staying there at the time and they also were pretty upset and unhappy with their stay

  : There was no staffing available on property.No office . Had no way to get clean towels. Property owners communicate only by email which left everyone we met staying here confused on how exactly to get into their rooms. Most of the other guests where standing outside the property in the heat trying to figure everything out. Again, no one there to help guest check on and out. Everything done through email. A shame because the place was very clean and cute. A lot of potential but ruined by lack of customer service!
