  : Only booked because it was available online.
  : There were bugs on top of the sheets in both rooms that we booked. I looked at the mattress and noticed there were signs of bed bugs- small blood spots in the creases along with lint and other small black bug residue. I went downstairs to the manager immediately after checking mattresses- like I do everywhere we stay.I said, “the bugs were on the sheets and the mattresses are dirty under the sheets.” The manager said, “you don’t sleep on the mattress, you sleep on the sheets. It is common to have bugs because we have pest control.” He also said, bugs on the bed and dirty mattresses is not something to get a refund for.”

  : We were traveling across country with two cats and needed a hotel that would accept pets. This hotel did and had rooms available. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Air conditioning in the room worked well. Our two kittens enjoyed the room and it met our needs for a one-night roadstop. The shower worked well and had all of the basic amenities.
  : The room was dated and the beds were not the most comfortable. Fortunately the room had two beds, one was so squeaky we couldn't sleep on it. The other one was fine. The hallways had a distinct smell of food, but the room did not smell. The comforters on both beds looked a little dirty, with marks on them but the rest of the room seemed clean. Overall it met our needs.

  : Clean, friendly staff, close to freeway and walking distance to a convenience store. Great value for price. Free breakfast (no sausage, bacon or eggs, but waffles, cereal are available.)
  : Refused to accept my digital Apple Card (MasterCard) to pay for stay at checkin. Despite the fact that I had used the same card to make reservation with Booking.com.
