  : Location is excellent. Loved being able to walk to anywhere in town from the lodge. We appreciated a place to park and also leave our bikes. The outdoor area is an enjoyable place to sit and relax, anytime of day. We also liked the table and chairs on the deck by our room. We appreciated having access to coffee and tea throughout the day, and for including breakfast and happy hour. Live music during happy hour was great. The general vibe of the place was friendly and comfortable.
  : A few updates to the room would be nice, such as replacing worn out towels. Our dresser drawers were coming apart and kept getting stuck, so we couldn’t use it. We happened to be there on hot days, so the room got very hot. A fan was provided, but the window screen was broken so we couldn’t keep the window open for air circulation. Breakfast was okay, but was a bit basic and underwhelming.

  : Location right in center of downtown Frisco, clean, nice rooms, wonderful breakfast, good parking, very friendly host
  : “double beds” were too small, almost impossible to sleep two adults (slim/fit) so we all slept poorly. Would for this reason not recommend or come back unless changed. Considering relatively high price, this was quite disappointing

  : location was wonderful. located right on Main Street. close to everything.
  : The room was very small for 4 people. it was very outdated. One of the beds, sheets were dirty and someone experienced itching from the bed and a bite. Soap within the bathroom was almost all alcohol and when asked for more the next one was very watery.

  : The bed was hard and of cheap quality seemed as old as the hotel.The old wood toilet seat was frayed and very dated, not tight and seemed very unsanitary. I'm sure you can afford to upgrade your toilet seats, it would be a great cheap update.The rug in the bathroom was dirty and there was paper on the floor in the bathroom that made it feel like it had not been cleaned.

  : The location was great, the room and bathroom were both very clean. The breakfast was delicious.
  : We were staying in room 8, with a shared bathroom - you could easily hear people walking around in the hall, going in and out of the bathroom.

  : Best free breakfast in any hotel/bed and breakfast that I’ve ever been in. LOVE it, plus the happy hour they have every day where they serve snacks and free wine. the staff are very accommodating, the beds are pretty comfy and the hot tub was awesome too.
  : No A/C. we’ve been here before and it wasn’t a problem but this time, it had to get up to 78-79 degrees in our room each night. We had multiple fans, we kept the window open and it was in the 50s at night but for some reason could not get the room to cool down. kept waking up hot. There were only two of us in a room that fit 3 too.
