  : The location is close to the highway. There are non-slip tiles in the bathroom that work well.
  : My bathroom door latch was broken so we could not close the door to the bathroom and have it stay closed. The toilet was really low to the ground and the toilet paper on the wall required you to rotate to access it (which is bad for those of us with limited mobility). The mattress was so uncomfortable it hurt my partner's back (he normally has no back issues). Our bed had weird stains on the side of it. The lighting was so low even with all the lights on it was fairly dark. It also prevented us from getting good pictures of the stained mattress. The second-floor map of the building is wrong, there is no ice on that level, you must go to the first or third floor at the far end of the hall to get ice. There were weird stains on the walls of the exercise room. The safety clip on the treadmill was broken in half so it wouldn't be able to do anything if needed. The last night we were there the airconditioning unit was malfunctioning and making weird noises keeping us up late.
