  : located on the beach
  : needed some minor repairs. cable was out in all 3 bedrooms, couldnt get it fixed. someone texted me from realjoy asking how things were, told them the problems abs they said someone would be put on friday. friday came, no call to say on the way, maintenance shows up and went into the condo without us there. we happened to come back from the beach and he was there. showed him what was wrong, about 15 minutes after he left another guy with Real-joy apparel on showed up to fix things. seemed very sketchy. glad we we t up when we did all our wallets were in there condo whole we were at the beach. we were told there were beach chairs, nope not after Oct 31.

  : The beach and access was great . The pool was probably ok but didn't use it with all the construction. Nice view from balcony. Spacious and roomy.
  : Cockroaches and broken coffee pot didn't like the mess of construction if doing all that shut down the whole building and get it done don't make guests suffer through it.

  : location and property was great. The view of the beach was amazing and number of bathrooms was great. I stayed for my daughters 18th birthday and had 6 teen age girls, the bathrooms were all needed.
  : the ice machine didnt work properly or have ice when we arrived and the water pressure in the show was low
