  : We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. We did not get any kind of housekeeping service the whole time we were there. We complained about it each day to no avail
  : Don't just listen to your guest complaint and give them a patronizing response do something about it

  : That I called a cab to pick me up before I checked out an the front office man told me to : leave, while I was sitting there on my phone trying to get a hold of the cab company the entire time, yet it was the fourth of July cab company business is heavily busy as normal on holiday as such.Found it a little off usually, he just does his job an move on or past it.

  : I liked that we were able to get a room on the bottom floor. It was close to all the restaurants and the beach. It was quiet, not a lot of noise from the road. The staff was nice, even though I didn't really have to interact with them very much.
  : I didn't like the fact that it was a little musty in the room, the knob was broken on my shower, I mean like completely came off, the counter tops were dirty, the pillows were flat and the towels looked like they had dark spots on them. I had to ask for fresh ones. I thought the pool was going to be a little bigger and they didn't have any umbrellas or tables out there and it was only 4ft deep.
