  : Told us we could watch the fireworks from the pool deck then tried to charge us $50 each to go out there. Housekeeping knocked at 845 and woke me up. To turn on the shower to have to get wet with cold water.

  : When my fiancee and I arrived June 28, we had driven from Sarasota and needed to use the restroom immediately. I quickly began to walk inside and was greeted with “hey, you can’t park there”. Which is no way to greet a guest! I told Mario, I would be right back out, he asked for my keys, I said “no”, unaware of parking procedures and I need a bathroom. After using the restroom, I proceeded to attempt to check in, and get an understanding of parking procedures. While I was in line, Mario was outside berating, my fiancée , and repeating you can’t park there, over and over again making her feel very unsafe!!! While Mario was outside another valet attendant, approached me in line and started interrupting me while I was trying to check in. Complaining I couldn’t park there, I had to move right now. Then attempted to tell me there were people waiting. I have never experienced such unprofessional, obnoxious, rude, disrespectful behavior when entering a hotel. I finished checking in, which took two minutes, proceeded outside to my vehicle and nobody was waiting. The second valet lied, just to get me to move my car at his convenience. There was no common courtesy or friendly attitude from your valets. To my dismay, I did react to the second vallet and called him”***hole”, but at this point the behavior toward my fiancée had become intolerable , it took everything I had to keep this altercation from escalating.
