  : OVERPRICED!. Bathroom showerhead needs to be replaced room 217.Told desk clerk when leaving. Friends and family staying there had same issue with shower on sixth floor. Guest checking out prior to me also had complaints about room on 4th floor.2.Desk clerk wanted to put me on 6th floor. I insisted on lower floor. He did accommodate. Even then elevators SLOW.3. Room reserved for check in at 3 PM - Check Out 12: NOON- cleaning crew knocking on door at 8AM to clean room.4. Complimentary coffee in room and at breakfast undrinkable. No complementary toast or bagel or anything other than lousy coffee. Breakfast 14.99 for eggs and sausage not cooked properly. Uneatable. 5. Just FYI - Lobby to check in bad area - the area to check is tied up with people checking in while others were trying to by to get to elevator and their rooms.6. Room billed higher than quote - later changed to correct amount.7. Ridiculous price of a night's room for 2nd class service.

  : We had to change rooms because the toilet was broken and flooded the floor. And our flight was too early for us to be able to have breakfast.
