  : Beach was good, location to beach good.
  : I had to sleep on the floor due to a issue with the box mattress spring. When I moved they would squeak. I spoke with on site manager very nice. Manager had upper manager call me he did in a timely manor but stated nothing would probably get rectified. He stated to advise you guys on this survey. I left 1 day early because of this and notified on site manager that I was leaving also.

  : Location is great! Vicki is very friendly and we were able to get in our room by noon- thank you, Susan!We stayed in the studio and it’s got a new Futon mattress which was a nice improvement! Soft sheets and comfy pillows, too. Full size fridge, nice stove and plenty of cookware if you want to cook. Towels were plushy and plentiful. Lots of nice things in the gift shop, too!
  : The Wi-Fi is non-existent, but we were only in our room to sleep and shower and it was nice to take a break from reading the news online.

  : Reviews had prepared me for the Sea Gypsy Inn. It is an older house that has been amatuerishly cobbled into small rentals. We stayed in the smallest. It has a well equipped kitchen, a tiny bathroom (the lowest ceiling you ever imagined) and a small living/bedroom area with a fold out futon. That was comfortable enough for sleeping but very difficult to walk around if nature calls at night. The patio was terrific for lounging and eating al fresco (good, we had no table inside). Everything clean enough, but some mold/mildew/corrosion as you would expect so close to beach. SO close it makes the kind of shabby accommodations well worth it! Friendly and professional staff, free parking, can walk to many bars, etc. You don’t go to a beachfront motel to sit in your room. This isn’t luxury, but I would stay here again (in a larger unit, though, unless I was by myself). Just expect a kind of Old Florida type vibe here.
  : Other buildings are rather close. The AC worked well to provide white noise enough to cover most of the road noise and partiers for our stay--just be aware.

  : the location right next to hooters and in the busiest part of ft. meyers beach which was like being in a circus. the room was a dungeon, with low ceilings and windows that looked at trash. the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. there was not a comfortable place to sit in the place. no wifi,

  : The apartment was big and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed, and there were more than enough towels and bed sheets! Checking in was simple and straight forward, and we didn't even need a key, just a code. Perfect location, and helpful, kind staff.

  : Cleanliness suspect. I worked for a major hotel and the level (lack of) of cleanliness would have failed. I room smelled wonderful, but didn't look especially clean. I did not feel comfortable preparing food in the kitchen. Limited my contact with anything by covering or not touching.
