  : The size of a house for 10 people was fantastic, so much Room to spread out. Pool area was awesome, boat dock was great as well. Having beach towels provided was a big plus. Location was great. Bathroom beds showers all were great. Plenty of place settings, glassware and kitchen appliances; Coffee pot toaster blender, etc.
  : Our review is based on having a large number of people (10). For the kitchen a few more amenities would be helpful, salt pepper seasoning salts, basic kitchen staples like kitchen garbage bags. Could be a little more flexible with check in and check out. One of kayaks had a crack in it and was unusable. TV in game room did not work. Understanding this is a rental, but the game Room amenities ping pong paddles, pool balls are in serious need of replacing. Hot tub water had a greenish tint to it. One of the patio French doors would open even when locked. Electricity usage and use of the pool heater was unclear. We barely used the hot tub because of the electricity usage confusion. A little maintenance would go a long way towards a 5 star review.
