Disappointing

  : Staff was very friendly and tried to help the best they could .
  : We reserved a room with 2 double beds and upon checking in found that our room was king bed ( family of 3) by mistake. There was no other room for us to switch to they were booked. Was told it was a computer mistake not their end. I get these things do happen .They did apologize and offer us extra blankets and pillows for our 13 year old to sleep on the floor. Manager was out of town but they told us once they returned Monday they could most likely discount our room for our trouble . since no one ( including myself) would want to sleep on a hotel floor for that much money but we were never contacted nor credited anything towards our room. The ladies were very sorry but again management never did anything on their end to make it right . I'm never a person to complain and had our daughter been a baby or toddler sharing a bed would have been perfectly fine but we all just needed a good night's sleep before a long day of her competition .

  : I love the convenient location , it was clean
  : I was on the second floor and I literally heard the guest above me stomping the entire visit. I had to call the front desk both of the mornings of my stay because the stomping started at 6am.. The front desk said they called the guest above me but the stomps became worse and I told them to come listen and no one came so I checked out and started my drive home

  : Cost for each dog wasnt transparent until arrival and much higher than I have paid in the past (travel with our 2 dogs)

  : Bed is comfy and breakfast is good. The cleaning staff, breakfast ladies, and some of the lobby staff are really nice.
  : Floors were dirty in the room and sticky, some of the staff arent too friendly, and saw a guest having a bad experience and the way the manager handled it made us not want to return.
