  : The studio was big and TVs modern.Kitchen was advertised with oven but there was none
  : The first night we got there,After paying 850.00 for an apt studio, Marty ,at the front desk, said we did not need a parking pass,after asking him three times,for one.(the next day ,I CONFIRMEDthat I could have been towed away,without it), Jason and some girl with long black hair banged on our door like S.W.A.T.,telling us that the music was too loud,"TURN IT OFF."the TV was too loud,and" WE DONT WANNA HEAR YOU TALKING!"GRANTED,it was a FAM reunion,so we accepted and lowered the music n TV .Five minutes later,AGAIN."I SAID OFF !!!AND I CAN STILL HEAR YOU TALKING!"(They said neighbors were complaining ,but Next morning,I saw our neighbors n apologized n they said they never complained.Next,I called the front desk, to complain,because I have been visiting this resorfor over 8 yrs,and NEVER had trouble, and the person who answered turned out to be the girl who was with Jason.She told me"I WAS THE ONE THAT CAME TO UR DOOR N HEARD YOU SAY YOU WERE NOT GOING TO BE QUIET"Next day I complained to the Supervisor(Valeria or Valencia),She apologized on their behalf,but the bitter taste was still in my mouth)Also,in the middle of the night,I heard upstairs neighbors screaming n slamming doors,I ignored it ,but when I got up to use the bathroom,the bathroom floor was flooded,as there was a leak in the ceiling.It appears either the tub or toilet upstairs had overflowed.Lastly,the neighbors around me looked very suspicious.Extremely thin,chain smoking in and out constantly.MARIJUANASMELLI will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!

  : The room was ok. Beds were ok. The size of the room was great!
  : The description says 3 pools and hot tubs. All the hot tubs were broken, and only 1 pool was ok to swim in. The rest were gross. We were kept up until 3:30 am. 4 families around us were screaming all night, smoking weed all night and slamming doors!!

  : We were very disappointed in the room. The grounds are very nice.
  : The room was bare bones. The only surface to put something on was the refrigerator and the microwave was on top of that. There were no chairs in the room. The TV was a joke. It pixelated the entire timed. There were very few outlets so we had to unplug the frig to plug in the microwave. Generally, very disappointing for the price.
