  : This booking should state prior to booking that you would have to fill out a lot of paperwork to be even admitted in to the building. When I arrived I sent off the paperwork requested from another computer because at this time I only have a mobile phone and iPad which the documents requested were not able to support my phone. I sent the papers off and once I had gotten there no paperwork was received I’m not sure what may have happened but Once I had gotten to the hotel I was not able to check in because they never received the documents Very Frustrating. I called the vacation agency to see what may be the problem or how can I obtain the 5 sheets need to gain entry and the Owner of this property was sooo rude that I didn’t feel comfortable staying and had they not had the non refundable process I would have taken my money else. He basically called me a liar because he said I never sent the paperwork off which I know I did but I did not check sent emails so it may haven’t not went through properly. So I explained to him that I’m not sure what happened and what other options could I do so I can check in and he made it seem so difficult and once I asked the front desk of the Tiffany house can I complete the forms they said that was fine.So I wasted almost 2 hours trying to check in when The hotel didn’t mind giving me the forms. Also there were so many rules that just know I will never go back AGAIN. Beautiful home not a comfortable stay
