  : This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. There was no hot water. I saw ants in the sink, the staff were rude and unaccommodating. I am still waiting on a refund because i checked out of the hotel early because it was so horrible. Now the hotel is taking forever to approve of the refund and i have to keep calling them. I will never use booking.com again or this hotel, unacceptable.

  : Good location; a mile from the beach, and the central area is nearby.
  : The place needs serious upgrading! I can not say what is suitable with the room except the bed is decent as long as you do not look dawn under the bed; God knows what one may see. The bath tube looks like someone defeated in it! Closet four does not move; stuck! The swimming pool looks mostly medley except for yesterday! On the first day, another guy and I were sitting by the pool, and he was swimming. He saw some brown staff after he got out of the collection. It looks like pop! When we mentioned one of the make managers, he said to me,” it could happen any place else( having a pop in the swimming pool). He added,” you get what you paid for.” I paid $105 per night for 20 nights! But I found out they were charging $50 per night. That was disgusting and fit him to say that it violates the state's regulation. Finally, they claimed it was a rock, not pop but the guy swimming at the time was very upset! They almost called the police on this guy. They did not even remove the brown object until a couple of days. Overall, the housekeeping and maintenance ppl are very nice and friendly! The toilets always have issues! OMG! The breakfast is not bad, and the coffee and orange juice and the people work there, preparing the breakfast) are wonderfully ppl! Overall, I must say the front desk ppl are good, but they never answer a phone call from a room; they say they do, but it is not true!! Also, not every room has a phone. If your cellphone is not with you or uncharged and you have an emergency, there is no way to get help!! The ppl work with what they have, but the place is unliveable rundown!! The customers ( most of them on certain days ) are interesting ppl! Argue a lot at the front desk! I have never been to a hotel such as this one!! I will never go back if it is $1 per night to stay there! The condition of the hotel is part of the vacation experience! If you remain in a rundown place like this, it takes the knowledge away! I feel like I just got out of prison. Lol!!

  : It was old messy and dirty tubs was chipping they was also stoped up shower kept leaking all you hear is water dropping there’s no phones in the room also so we had to walk down to ask for everything we stayed for a week we asked for housekeeping in the morning and left for the day came back room wasn’t cleaning no clean towels or anything
