  : 1) It was not clean and ready when we checked in at 3pm on Thursday, 6/27. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to get it ready for me.2) The employees were not helpful at all. I asked for the sheets to be changed and fresh towels at 10am on Saturday, 6/29 (as per their request is to inform them the morning of if you need fresh towels or sheets) before I went to enjoy the day. I came back at 8:25pm and the room was not even touched at all. The employees were sitting in the office on his phone. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to the room then had to wait 15 minutes in the hall while the room was being cleaned. This is very unprofessional.3) Every night if you came back after 8pm the key didn’t work. Have to ask the employees to reset it every night and I was staying for 4 nights.

  : Value for money, Grandview Hotel is a reliable place for a short stay. Small room but comfortable and suits two people.
  : Location was unpleasant and threatening for two young females, had to uber everywhere as walking did not feel safe. Lack of ammenities and door key wouldn’t stop working everytime we left the room.

  : The quilt cover had yellow stains on it and the pillows had a couple if stains on them too. I found hair around the room and the floors didn't even seem to have been swept cleaned

  : The Indian male employee on duty at the front desk at night looked very impatient. I booked a hotel with detailed information on booking, but he said he couldn't find my information. After a long time of tossing, I finally checked in. At 1:30 in the morning, he actually called the room and asked me to go down. He said that the room I stayed in did not belong to me, and that it belonged to another Chinese guest. He looked at my order information and passport again, and actually asked if my passport was mine. He couldn't find any trouble, so he had to let me go back to the room. It was almost two o'clock in the morning, and there were still Indian employees mopping the floor in the corridor. It was not quiet. Since entering the hotel, I have been experiencing continuous encounters. Living here is not at ease. I feel insecure. I stayed for one night and don't plan to stay here again. The next day, I went downstairs and met another person who checked in in the elevator. He also encountered similar problems. He also said that he would not stay here again. He thought that the Indians in the store were causing trouble for Chinese guests and making things difficult for Chinese guests. .
