  : The deck and yard were beautiful and enjoyable. The house was filthy, dated and barely cleaned. I tried to open the window in the upstairs master bedroom and the window came off it's track and I had to catch it. Stains on the rug, furniture, walls and dryer door taped shut, etc. I could not relax in the house because it was so dirty-
  : Filthy, delayed maintenance/paint and close to public access to beach- busy parking all day long on the street.

  : We very much enjoyed that it was across the street from the beach. House is on the main road but road noise wasn't an issue. Views from upper deck were lovely. Upper bedroom was bright, cheery and filled with light. Furniture was comfortable. The house itself is quite nice. Nice decks, flowers, nice property. Rooms are comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen (minus a dishwasher).
  : While overall this place was clean (kitchen floors, counter tops, bathroom, etc.,) there were gaps that took away from what was otherwise a very appealing house. The floors were cleaned but the owners or Vacasa has neglected the carpet. It REALLY needs a shampoo. Lots of stains which gave this place a less than stellar rating and made it less comfortable. Also, kitchen cloth table cover had dried food stains upon arrival which was unappealing. I washed and dried it myself since there was a washing machine. Three towels looked like they had been laundered but had lots of red stains like wine or blood. These should never have been given to guests but were on the rack when we arrived. Dried toothpaste was on the shelf next to the bathroom sink which I had to clean. The upstairs window was broken and could not be opened, but the window above the bed worked (screen is really dirty, though). This place could use a deep cleaning as window sills were dusty and dirty, drawer in bedroom had debris in it. In the age of covid, I was not confident any extra measures were taken since some (not all) basics weren't done.Also, responsiveness by owner or Vacasa was slow via email. I was told this was due to covid which makes sense. Checkin info is given too late and should be given out a few days before arrival as sometimes there isn't phone service and accessing info on one's phone can be dicey in more rural areas when you are at the property and need it.

  : Across street from beach, this cute little house has two private rooms. Loved having old local friends over for a lunch at the picnic table, enjoying quiet movies snuggled on the very comfortable sofa. Everything you need to make a meal and be comfortable. Loved it
  : Need hand rail on front steps. Mom uses a walker and that was difficult. Also the steps to the upstairs room are very steep. You have to be very very careful.

  : Location across from the ocean was good with resort (restaurant and lounge) across the street. Nice indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Reasonably well equipped kitchen and laundry.
  : Overall, the property needs some TLC from a handyman. Many small items need attention- bulbs burnt out, kitchen cabinet door falling off, dryer door held closed by packing tape, screen door return mechanism broken. The carpet on the first floor was covered in stains in the LR and BR. Really just needs replacement. Lastly, house configuration was a bit odd. Only bath (small) is on the first floor with the smaller bedroom. Bedroom on the second floor had larger bed, more floor space, ocean view, but only accessible by STEEP stairs and no bath upstairs. So basically the upper bedroom was not useful for an almost 60 year old couple that needs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. We managed in the smaller bedroom on the first floor.

  : Beautiful! Great location! Super clean!
  : We paid a lot of money for the night, and were disappointed about the late check in and early check out times. 18 hours between the two really reduced the value of the space. My kids were barely waking up when we had to quickly pack and leave. One more hour on each end (ie: 3pm- 11am) would have turned this rating into 5 stars. No firm pillows in the house- only super squishy or flat ones.
