  : The level of floors only three stories. I do not like huge hotels. The location was super with being close to the Major highways.
  : The breakfast was not Hot enough. You removed the oatmeal(instant) terrible. No waffles

  : Generally the room was fine and good for them, the staff were accommodating and pleasant. Unfortunately not much more to like.
  : The entrance carpets needed cleaning and mostly all we encountered getting to our room could have been cleaner. The breakfast was below average compared to other hotels we stayed during this travel opportunity. Restaurants nearby (we checked three) were under staffed and so people were waiting for a table even though restaurants were 1/4 filled with lots of empty tables. The restaurants also lacked in cleaning, floors and entrance noticeably dirty. We suspect these areas serve people on travel to southern destinations and it comes to mind that they cater often to passerby business and not so much on return business and so do not give the extra effort and more likely simply provide the least possible effort.

  : Front desk was friendly, knowledgeable and polite.The breakfast was great and way above so many other hotels offering breakfast, wonderfully displayed. The bed was great, room was clean and beautiful. Appreciated having the pump soap, shampoo, lotion and etc.Loved it all—-will try and choose Holiday inn Express next time when traveling. Thankyou!!!

  : The room was clean and we taken care of . The bed was very comfortable. It also smelled clean in the lobby.
  : The air stopped working in our first room. We called the desk and they switched us out no problem.

  : Auto blind didn’t work so slept with blind half open at night with street lights shining in. Called desk to report but no repair.
