  : Parking. Was told I would be towed. No bedside table. Was told to open window if too hot. Too noisy. A fan would help. Noisy doors closing, fixable. Light from over door window disturbing.

  : Very well located, restaurants and bars inside hotel and plenty just around. But the best part was the hotel itself. It is really old western hotel and you feel it. Very special especially the balconies.
  : When I was checking in, reception informed me that I need to move rooms after one night. This is inconvenient and a waste of time. Despite this I paid full price for the room. I was informed that this is an issue with Booking.com service which booked my room this way. I was also not informed about this before arriving maybe I would cancel and book different place if I knew. In the end they did not forced me to move but I only learned that after packing all my stuff in the morning. I was the most disappointed with booking.com customer service that has proven to be completely useless in this situation. I don’t know why they are getting paid? It first time I am considering not using Booking.com in the future

  : Great location. Near Amtrak station. Large queen room. Comfortable bed. Clawfoot bathtub. Nice historical hotel.
  : The hotel does not turn on their air conditioning until June 1. It was extremely hot in our room and uncomfortable when sleeping.We were unaware of this until we checked in.
