  : Everything except for one staff in the night that checked us in.
  : The one Male stated that checked us in. I got his name but forgot. I dont think his name is even worthy to remember. I have guests from Philippines drove from Scottsdale to Skywalk then to your property. We got there around 2am after passing through snow in Williams. It was a long day and this man was very flat & rude. We greeted him nicely but he was just very flat. We were talking about our driving in the snow experience & he didnt care. He asked if we have pets, I said not just a kid & no reaction. He then gave us directions to the room in a very quick manner. I asked him to please repeat it again slowly & he repeated the directions in the same speed. I stopped him and asked again to slow down because it had been a long day for us and he looked at me like Im stupid. He handed me the parking permit and asked if theres any covered parking and said no flat out. I went to then charge the car. He didnt even offer us any water. We got in the room and I called. He picked up and said guest services. I asked, Do you have sleepers? He goes What?! I said slowly. Do you have sleepers? He said, No! I reconfirmed and he said No same manner. I came down to supposedly confirm if parking at the Tesla charging station is okay if Im done charging. As soon as he saw me from a far he closed the door by the check in desk so I just decided to explore the signs at the charging station. NI came back to the check in desk to reconfirm the info I got from the Tesla charging stations but he never came out and theres no bell to ring anyway so I just went back to my room. Lilian and Miranda were very nice to accommodate us upon check out and also gave us water bottles to go.
