  : The whole place smelled like cigarettes, everything was dated. Phone in room didn't work. No way to reach the front desk. Overpriced for the quality of the hotel.

  : I liked that it was close to our destination and that was about it. I also liked the day time staff.
  : The night shift staff was not only rude to customers, but the main person at the front was very rude & disrespectful to other customers. I should have received a discount for my occupation but was denied because I reserved the room to make sure it would still be available when we got there. I didn't pay for it until I was there and he absolutely refused to work with me. This was a business trip but I had my family (5 of us) with me, the room fit us well but sheets & pillow cases were severely stained and just gave a gross feeling but the beds were comfortable. Breakfast- everything was broken or out of order. No drinks at all except coffee.

  : It was close to Holiday World. Tv came equiped eith apps on the tv.
  : Bedding was dirty looking. Breakfast tasted horrible. Juice and water machines were broken. Ice machines broken on both floors and even after reporting it they didnt fix it. My husband had to fix it so i could have ice for my medically needed protein shakes. Front desk people were rude and short and very boring individuals or couldnt be found when needed.

  : TV didn't work, all ice machines were not working , and nobody was at the breakfast counter. So there was no one to refill breakfast.

  : The staff were nice -- and helpful The pool was nice.
  : Upon arrival, our refrigerator did not work. The breakfasts never had any cold cereal but cocoa puffs. The juice dispenser never ran in the 4 days we were there. None of the floor ice dispensers worked--ever. There was no water in the kitchen/dining area.

  : Close to Holiday World, around 15-20min drive. Also had some food options around (but nothing else).
  : The room was dark & dirty. A bit noisy too. Could hear the banging in the other room. Also, the hatch lock to my room's door was broken.

  : The beds were clean and they provided breakfast.
  : The front desk clerk wasnt very knowledgeable in giving us info about the surrounding area. The ice machines on the 1st and 3rd floor were broke along with the vending machines. I had to go get a plunger from the front desk to plunge the toilet bc it was stopped up upon arrival and the front desk didnt even offer to provide to take care of it for us.
