  : Drywall loose/missing,suite door wouldn¿t open/they switched us to a new suite were the door didn¿t lock/the construction crew that lives there were drunk & leaving containers everywhere/They were urinating outside our window/outside doors didn¿t lock

  : The front desk worker was nice. Everything else was terrible. I would like a refund!!
  : The room smelled like smoke. The clothes hanger rack was hanging off the wall by one screw. The door frame was broken. There was a loud beeping in the hallway all night. The air conditioner was broken and the window curtain didn't cover it all the way.

  : It was horrible the picture that you see here on booking.com is NOT the picture of where we stayed..The guy there was mean and rude to me my fiancee and my 12 yr old son.. And when we went to the pool there was no towels..I had a friend come down with her kids he basically told them to get out. And only brought us 2 towels.. on booking my room was $139 for the 2 days . With taxes.. and it shows in my bank account $141. And they must of swiped my card twice cuz another $150 even is out of my bank account..I only stayed 1 night cuz I couldnt take the rudeness and that man was mean.. Booking.com was nice enough to give me $25 refund but still the next day I checked my account and they took $150 from me plus the $141.00 i saved for a long time to take my son to a vacation as a single mom who works 2 jobs..what a dump

  : They ran out of breakfast food fairly quickly on Saturday. We also were charged extra for our 4 year old which has never happened at any hotel o have ever stayed at

  : Even though on here we got a price of 64.00 a night, they charged us full price anyway, and charged an extra 100 on the bill even though they said that our room had no damage to it. The breakfast was under stocked and I had to make the coffee for everyone. No attendant. We contacted the hotel about the overcharge and they said a mgr. would call us back and never did. The place is a dump!
