  : Breakfast was good. It had a variety of choices available and was located in a convenient place in the hotel.
  : Prior to visiting, we booked two rooms and requested for them to be close together. Upon arrival, we were told that they only had one room available for us. The person at the desk told use there was nothing they could do and they only had room for us. We told her we had booked at least a month before our visit so this had to be a mistake. She told us they were overbooked and there weren't any more rooms. Upon my husband telling her that she needed to find a room for us, she finally did. She upgraded the "missing" room to a King suite. Because it was after midnight when we got there due to the time it took for us to get there, this was much appreciated. Of course, our rooms were then on different floors when we had asked during the booking process for the rooms to be next to each other. The attitude towards us and unwillingness to help us was not appreciated at all. Even after we checked in nobody would answer the phone from our room. We tried to call to get some information and we tried calling 3 or 4 times and each time the phone would just ring and ring.
