  : Breakfast was ok, the same items every day ,pretty standard. The only thing that I didn’t like was that they didn’t clean the room, they only checked the towels and emptied the trash. The cleaning staff didn’t speak English so I couldn’t communicate with them. The front desk people were great.Location was great.The Italian restaurant in the same building was superb.

  : Not much. Given what we paid for the night we felt ripped off. Terrible curb appeal as there was no curb appeal at all. If we had driven to Falmouth to find a place to stay rather than booking through you, we would have taken one look and kept on going.
  : Everything above as well as the awful check in lobby space. Never booking this place again and I blame your app for not warning us this was not a place to waste almost $300.00 on. Thanks for nothing booking.com

  : Maintenance staff should be moved to the front desk because they were so warm and friendly and always working hard. Room was decent with space and kept clean.
  : Front desk not super friendly. The woman wasn't very nice to the man working and just dry and cold to guests. Took forever to check in. I go to the cape a lot and typically check in is like scan the card, hand key over, boom, done. This took forever. Not sure if it was a slow system or what. Lobby area just had a sterile unwelcoming vibe and I couldn't wait to get out of there. "Game room" was essentially a broom closet with 3 arcade games all of which were out of order. Pool area was clean but pool was ice cold, no heat at all and impossible to enjoy even for kids. hot tub is out of order but an eye sore none the less. Breakfast seemed a little better than I read in other reviews. Egg patties, pork sausage, waffle maker but only one and developed a line quickly. Janky toasters with Mini bagels and bread, apple cinnamon muffins, juice, cereal, milk. The people working it kept up with refilling but i have had better. It was a one night stay so okay for that. Parking was a nightmare. Seemed like not enough spots for rooms or something. Good walking distance to beach for fireworks and main street for shopping. Dairy queen across the street was a plus!
