  : I booked the room since i planned to dive near this place. the diving was cancelled by the diving company just before my stay. I asked if i could cancel but got no response at all. as to the place, while they advertised an active resort with several restaurants, only one was open and dinner was served only until 7PM!!!!. the stuff was nice, but the resort was deserted and hardly functional.

  : The restaurant food is Mexican which we have all the time in our city, couldn't try puertorrican food and no hot sauce for the mexican food.

  : The staff was always kind, friendly, and responsive.
  : One of the 5 days the room did not get serviced. We had to ask for towels each day. The hotel is also not within walking distance of anything. It may have helped if there was a more affordable option for breakfast and if the bar at the pool was open.

  : Our room was large and had a balcony which overlooked the landscape.
  : Our room was very difficult to get to from the lobby, as we had to drive from the lobby building to another building. No one was there to greet us and tell us not to take our luggage out, so we hoisted our bags up the stairs to the lobby, only to have to bring them back down. There were flights of stairs that we had to carry our luggage up and down. It was a confusing layout and exhausting, considering there was no help.When we got to our room, it was not prepared for our arrival. The alarm clock was blinking, the air conditioning wasnt on, there were no amenities besides soap in the room, and the floor was dirty.The biggest complaint I have is that there was no binder of information it was only available via AWFUL, INTERMITTENT WIFI. And there were barely instructions for anything on the downloadable info. We couldnt get the tv to work, we had to go get coffee-making supplies, we had to wear our shoes in the room all the time, and, and it took almost a day to get the room to a comfortable temperature. It was not at all worth the price that we paid.
