  : Room was well appointed and clean. The tapas/wine bar on the property was excellent.
  : All was fine. I was a bit apprehensive about no staff being there but no issues arose that required live help.

  : No staff Have to shut bathroom door after shower to prevent smoke detector from going off from steam?? Not one mirror except ove the sink. Coffee maker was terrible. Platform on bed bigger than mattress. Watch your legs !!!!

  : The rooms are nice & clean and they added a little bit of a more modern touch to it which is nice.
  : The check in process was a total nightmare. We stood infront of the door trying to call the provided number and it took over 1 hr to finally get someone on the line.I never got an email upfront for check in details & code log in.Even though I did the required pre-check in twice nothing was sent back in how to get into your room.We had to stand infront of the Hotel for about 1 hr and try to call the number on the front door over and over again until finally somebody answered and helped us.Turns out the system they are using in order to get ur upfront security deposit of 50$ did not work & therefore the room entry code was never released. So we had to do it all via intercom and were finally able to get it done with only one employee helping us.Another couple waiting infront of the entrance door had the same exact problem. So clearly something needs to be improved on their end in terms of communicating what info is missing or why the charges couldn’t be processed online upfront. Very disappointing after a long day traveling waiting another hour to figure out how to get into your pre-paid room.Also the coffee maker in the room did not work.

  : The alarm went off in the entire structure for about 30 minutes because some idiot was smoking in his room. It took WAY too long to get turned off and was earpiercingly loud.
