  : I liked the heated tiles.
  : look at the lobby photo for proof internet info is wrong. couldnt change the temperature at the house. so always over heating. no WiFi. and when we asked for more blankets because theirs were awful and we had 6 people they brought 1 more and a throw instead of the 3 blankets we asked for. coffee pot wasnt working and they acted like we couldnt find the parts smh even after they brought us a new one they were like the parts are in the drawer and attempted to show us even tho. like we said nothing to be found. its like they dont believe us. I explained the WiFi is not written out for guests to log into and was repeatedly told I was wrong because the guests before us didnt mention it and when we showed proof they acted like that was strange. its their place yet they have no idea what is going on, bins in the bathroom and bedrooms had no bags . felt weird to throw away stuff cause of it leaving residue on the bins. it was all around a bad experience
