  : Room #402 was nice. plenty of space. Hotel was not hard to find from the parkiing garage. Water in the room was a nice touch. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Comfy bed, couch and mutiple tv channels to choose from. Interesting view of the city, the Bally's sign and parking garage. Ice machine is on the same floor as our room was.good. Elevator was easy to get to as well. Loved the free drinks in the casino and the The Tap House ( temporarily upstairs from check in right now). The Tap House was incredible as far as the food, and the service. Was able to get a wakeup call which is helpful. Checking in and out was easy, The people were nice everyhere we went. The casino was fun as it had been a long time since I had been in one. Free drinks and good customer servive. Free wifi was the bomb. Pillows were nice, but next time I will ask for a few more. Definitely would come back again.
  : These are things that simply need to be improved or addressed but are not deal killers. The air conditioner primarily only gets half of the room cool, and the thermostat seems like it was limited on how much it would go down to cool off the room. The room also appeared to have the bulk of the vents on the window side of the room. The room shows its age, but is still a great room. The little coffee machine is limited to the packs that are provided and the only option is coffee. The area that has the things to buy near the desk is overpriced. There is no fridge or microwave in the room, but I did find a microwave in the same area as the ice machine.. If you carry meds that need to be refrigerated, consider bringing a cooler to fix this. The first time you use the elevator take your time . The cards have to match up with the black circle before you put in your floor number. And dont be surprised if you go up and down a few times because others were faster at the draw. If you can not handle cigarette smoke, then the casino is not a place for you.

  : The staff was nice
  : I had an allergic reaction from the room. The sheets smelled like straight bleach as well as the towels. I have hives on my face , arms and neck etc. I cut my trip short due to this matter. I am itching constantly and have red rash spots in some areas. I was mainly in the room so I can pin point where it came from and it was something in that room that did me like this possibly the sheets I'm reclining to say.
