: Breaksfast had a lot to be desired. Location is fantastic and the staff at check in was great.
: The staff at the restaurant/bar are definitely not very friendly. They seemed to not be as engaged with customers as much as I would expect them to for the price of staying there.

: We love everything about this hotel it's the only place we stay
: The maids coming up and down the elevator being really loud with the trash cans having no respect for the guests still sleeping

Poor

: Lobby is Victorian and nice. Room had coffee maker. Located in shopping area. Country outside of city is scenic.
: Room was small and poorly lite. Had small refrigerator but no microwave. Light on ceiling fan was pull chain; had to climb on chair to reach chain to turn off light but keep fan on. Only one bedside table; need one on other side as well. Parking was a problem. Had to find a rare 15 min space, then checking in and getting directions to distant parking lot that then then required a shuttle to go back and forth. Only one elevator. "Room service" was only leaving fresh towels in a bag on the outside doorknob on one of three days. No food room service; you can order from a bar menu but have to go get it yourself. Heating and cooling was a window unit.

: It is right in the downtown are, where we walk to our events.
: The room was nice, only small and not enough lighting. The bed frame on one side stuck out at the bottom enough that I scraped my leg getting up once. A lamp on both side would have been nice.
