: I liked the room and kitchenette and the laundry facility. it was a good location for me.
: The manager Leslie has an unethical practice of raising room rates as booking.com allows hotel managers to raise room rates once you hit the select button for, in my example, $129/night on booking.com. I had an emergency visit for one week where I didn’t catch the raised room rate when I booked on booking.com and also when I arrived at hotel and signed in. Upon leaving the hotel, i asked for a receipt and saw (unfortunately too late) that I was charged $455 for my first night at the hotel. Leslie told me that I should read contracts, as she does. She was not open to discussing the situation and I felt she was inhospitable, unpleasant and even had projected a mean and terse tone in our conversation. It was a total disappointment to speak with her at the end of my stay. She didn’t even thank me for staying at the hotel.

: I was awoken at 8am asking if I wanted to pay additional fee for late check-out. I had already paid for the room until 11 am. The first room they put us in looked out on to a brick wall about 4 feet away. We had to pay additional fee in order to see the sky from our window. Although they are across from the river, it is across a busy road and you are unable to get to the river walk. Although they take dogs, there is no place to walk your dog.

: The staff was Horrible honestly. There was one gentleman that worked the night shift that was pleasant but as for the others I can't say the same. I would not choose to stay here again because of them
