  : Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Large modern room. Girls loved all of the mirrors. Great value for the money. Nice gym.

  : Breakfast was really good. Glad the breakfast was included when we booked. Rather pricey because it's ala carte.
  : At check in we were only given 1 room key. Not a big deal but we eventually had to go down and get another. Having worked in the hotel hospitality industry I ALWAYS inspect rooms upon arrival for dirt and insects. We had a king size bed and pull out sofa room. On the bed - the blanket and one pillowcase was stained. Also no mattress cover. Went to the closet to inspect sofa bedding - pillow protectors were heavily stain. Also the fitted sheet. Now, I'm irritated and frankly did not want to pull out the sofa bed, afraid of what I would find so I just used the flat sheet to cover the sofa and the blanket. I don't know how the linens passed laundry attendant check. I will never stay here again, full of screaming kids, dogs and mediocre service. For the price we paid for the room the stay should have went better.

  : Location, basically clean, my sheets were not clean! I didn’t notice hair that was not mine until the next morning in the natural sunlight!!!! Sheets had mascara on them and it was NOT mine!
